We aimed to enhance their appeal to both job seekers & employers alike, adding professionalism to their presence and strengthening their position in the competitive recruitment market.
Key areas included the identity refresh, digital collateral creation and a user-friendly website. Among secondary deliverables — a pitch deck, letterheads, business cards, email templates & social media graphics.
In a nod to the long-standing heritage and to retain a sense of familiarity for the existing client base, elements from the outgoing identity were intertwined into the new contemporary & versatile logomark.
We then focused on developing a responsive and user-centric website, prioritising intuitive UI and efficient funnelling to ensure users can quickly find relevant information and contact points. Prominent call-to-action, dedicated sections for job seekers & employers and straightforward contact forms enhanced user engagement and experience.
